Morris County is seeking proposals for the IDRC for a start date of January 1, 2018 with anticipated necessary transition activities to commence on or about October 15, 2017. The package contains detailed information regarding the IDRC program, including the objectives of the program and the program requirements.
Applicant mandatory technical assistance session: Tuesday, August 22, 2:00 PM, Morris County Department of Human Services, 30 Schuyler Place, 3rd Floor, blue conference room, Morristown.
All agencies must submit one (1) signed original and one (1) copy of the completed proposal not to exceed 12 pages excluding supporting documentation, as well as one (1) digital copy on CD-ROM or Flash drive, with the agency name and this contract number clearly displayed to:

Proposal Due Date: All proposals are due by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, September 15, 2017.

- Proposals must be submitted in a sealed envelope, typed, single-sided, on 8 ½ x 11 paper. Do not bind the document. Incomplete and/or outdated proposals will be returned. Attach documentation only as specified. Please do not send proposals via fax or email.
