August 5, 2020 update: 1 Medical Drive, the building that houses the Division of Community and Behavioral Health Services and the Office of Community Development, is closed due to power outages. We will let you know when the building is reopened. Thank you for your patience.

As of November 6, 2017, the Division of Community & Behavioral Health Services will be located at 1 Medical Drive, Morris Plains, NJ 07950.

Public transportation is available via the OTA-Medical Drive Shuttle or NJ Transit Bus Route 873.

About the Division

The Division plans, develops, provides and monitors a coordinated, publicly funded human services delivery system focused on, but not limited to, services for at-risk youth, low-income families, and vulnerable individuals.

Funding initiatives include: mental health, youth behavioral health, addictions, homelessness, juvenile justice, municipal prevention programs, and child care.

Office of Community Development

The Office of Community Development serves the 39 municipalities of Morris County through its administration of the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009, Community Development Block Grant, HOME Investment Partnerships, and Emergency Solutions Grant.
